Here you want the interviewers to tell you about all the positive features of their organization. You would ideally like them briefly tell you about the steps the company plans to take or has already put in place to increase market share, or improve qualities and services. The recruiter could also tell you that new hiring is taking place as part of the plans to positioning the company in a new way.
